The University recognizes AFSCME, Council 18, Local 3882, as the exclusive representative for all regular, non-probationary employees occupying positions in the bargaining unit, which consists of the following positions: Cook, Custodian, Electrician, General Maintenance Assistant, Groundsworker, HVAC Tech, Locksmith, Painter, Patrol Officer I, and Plumber.

The unit includes faculty on limited terms and remote appointments.
